Riverscape Townhomes                                                                                                   

Planned as a mixed residential development, Riverscape includes condos in several heights and types: town homes, brownstones and two towers -- one with eight and one with 16 stories. There are 104 contemporary town homes (called Shoreline Condominiums) and 91 brownstones planned so far. The number of units in the towers hasn't yet been determined. The 15.4-acre site will be built out over five years, with the first homes ready for move-ins by this fall. The emphasis here is on luxury, with gourmet kitchens, limestone showers, spacious decks and as many as four levels per unit. A pedestrian path will lead to a proposed marina.

Riverscape Townhomes

Riverscape Townhomes is a development of 104 townhomes, 91 brownstones, and condos along the Willamette River 1.5 miles north of downtown (Pioneer Square). Two towers will contain condo units - one tower will be eight stories and the other 16 stories.The townhomes will have hardwood floors, decks, attached garages, and large master suites.

Location- NW 16th Avenue and Front Street in an industrial area, Located on the Willamette River 1.5 miles from the heart  of downtown Portland.

Construction Type New. Number of Units 104 townhomes, 91 brownstones, and two towers of condos. Tentative plans call for 65 moorage slips on the river.

Style  Townhomes, brownstones, and condos.

Pricing Prices  from $343,000 (1,489 square feet) to $1,000,000 (2,204 square feet).

Reservations  are $5,000 for off river and $10,000 for river sites. The units will be going to contract in March and units will be ready to close in June 2005.
